P.S. 314 was born from my ultimate vision for

social change and commitment to honor humanity.

I envision a society that values every individual — across all walks of life — equally and provides full access to opportunity and prosperity for all. P.S. 314 is a collective of change agents whose efforts support those working on the front lines to dismantle social inequality. Our collective represents a growing national community of collaborating change agents who re-envision our world and create a more just society. Today, the impact of our partnerships and the work of our collective to ensure equity, justice, and fight social inequalities has a global footprint that reaches millions.

Our partnership-first approach enables us to consultant field experts collaboratively with client partners – nonprofits, philanthropic institutions, entrepreneurs, and more – to align them with investors and help them with fundraising, capacity and network building, strategic planning and effective messaging. I am proud to have created one of the most diverse ecosystem of consultants who are forging critical partnerships and building a better world.

I established P.S. 314 to address the organizational and financial challenges facing social change agents. In theory, P.S. 314 is a consultancy firm. In actuality, it is an engine for building community and innovation. We believe in equity and equality, all in the service of humanity. P.S. 314’s methodology is unique in that it builds alliances among diverse thought leaders and field experts to develop successful business strategies that strengthen the social justice ecosystem.

The work of this agency is not simply to match a consultant with expertise in business with a client in need. It is to create a community of individuals who are all working in alignment for humanity.

The principles and practices that represent the core of P.S. 314’s methodology was modeled on my role as co-producer of the 2014 documentary film “Hate Crimes in the Heartland”  that explores America’s relationship to race through the lens of  two pivotal events in Tulsa, Oklahoma - the 1921 Tulsa race riot and the 2012 "Good Friday Murders” - and the arc of history between them. I envisioned and implemented a multi-dimensional process to fully achieve the film’s true impact and alchemy. I built a campaign that forged alliances between privileged and marginalized communities to broaden and deepen the dialogue on racial violence and injustice, along with crimes driven by hate within the United States. Grounded in the principles of humanity, my strategic approach  resulted in partnerships with Dream Defenders, Amnesty International, Ford Foundation, Underground Railroad Museum and Harvard University, Amazon and OWN Network. This unique collaborative approach of leveraging art as a tool for social change coupled with key tailored business strategies and alliances remains integral to the principles and practices that represent the core of P.S. 314’s methodology.
